FTSE should be about 15pts higher

Im not sure what would cause such a fall but I do note that the US is trawling through questionable deals done with banks and I consider standard charter a minnow

but as someone once said "people in glass houses shouldnt throw half accringtons"

Spreadbettors have dow @ 13140 /2.265 = 5801 versus close of 5841

so this "proves" our ratio is correct
