Anyone scalping the FTSE Futures??

I'm guessing the US Government wants to give US citizens S&P 2000 for a July 4th treat.
Imagine the feelgood factor - 4th July, S&P 2000 we've beaten the recession.

Now tell me the markets aren't manipulated.

F*ck me that was quick, it took 14 hours to shrug off geopolitical risk.
Its almost like we shouldnt even factor it in to our trades. :whistling

my point was that the message the risk markets have given us about Ukraine/Iraq is that they are not concerned by the instability there. We should take note of that the next time it pops up in the news flow. Gold is a very inefficient measurement of risk, it has dark flows which only a select few know about. Don't get me wrong I am long gold, in fact I am perma bull gold but it is not a FTQ trade.

These flows are what Dax was waiting for earlier, hence the blatant price manipulation. F*ck... to think I was long Nasdaq at the open and closed after 12 ticks, and now Nasdaq is over 150 ticks higher LOL.

With your equity curve I wouldnt sweat it. Theres always tomorrow to pick up those extra 50 points or so.

S&P has over 4 more points to make on the upside so I gues dow is finishing over 17,000 today.

Make up your mind !
