Anyone scalping the FTSE Futures??

Do you think No taper in January could save this market?

they have to taper, the 10yr has backed off, us economy is very very strong, think oecd pencilled in 4% growth rate.

look at the 2yr note versus fed funds. market prices will force the feds hand.

some people do think there is no recovery, achuthan of ecri, but most data based studies show very strong growth, like rail car loading, very reliable,

also rosenberg has turned bullish on consumer few months ago

the whole money printing is slightly being misplayed, schiff discussed with very good economist scot sumner, sumner destroyed shciff.

also santelli tried to run his debt theory past eugene fama, fama destroyed santelli.

Good point, but Oil inventories are up and oil price is down suggesting lack of demand.

what about the move to internet shopping, and more efficient cars and hybrids.oil prices are seasonal. u can get a blended chart of the oil price over the year for past 40 years , 90 % of time it follows the seasonal patterns

also as market sniffs stronger gdp rates rise dollar gets stronger and this affects oil.

Then he said he was off to the pub and to call him when the FOMC nonsense was over.
