dow long term indicator is lowest level I have seen for 2 years, dow has no bull power. shorts must be heavy in profit and they can be made to blink which can give us sharp up moves like we had before europe open yesterday.

1775.5 march (6530 ftse) look like important level

big if, if we hold dec 2013 lows on sp500, then we have a long way higher to go, and on dow looks like forming the left shoulder on very big head shoulders

neckline is approx 6505
