Thanks for the response 3PO. I just switched over to Hammy's method using three different charts and I think I may have forgotten to change the magic numbers for each one, which would probably cause errors. I'll have to check when I get home.

I know you were asking wiseambitions, but just to throw my two cents out there, in general I'd suggest sticking close to the recommended default settings by Marc (35TP/40SL/trigger BE at 20 pips/BE+0). Every time I deviated from those settings I ended up losing out on profit, or even losing...

Be careful with MM. Using FMT/TMT I found that MM was actually killing my profits. What would happen is that after one loss it'd take two wins to recover. It'd take ages to recover from consecutive losses. What was strange was that my pip count was actually very positive, even if I was losing...

Just barely hit my +35 TP today with one account. Missed my TP and hit my BE with my second account. Both accounts are with TadawulFX.

That kind of strategy (increasing amount risked after a loss) is called Martingale and it's pretty controversial. My opinion is that it's a bad idea. With that said, I think the most consecutive losses/notrades/BEs I've seen (excluding Dec/Jan) would be three or four, maybe. You should check...

I'll be trading on NFP. I run two MT4 terminals on HV-384 and I don't have any problems, but if you plan to use more than two terminals then it'd be worth it to upgrade. I'd say it's pretty easy to use. I've never really had to worry about the configuration -- I just connect to it with Windows...

I was using Thrust::VPS until the third or fourth outtage within the first 30 days. They nearly cost me a ton of money a few times. I definitely do not recommend them. I switched over to Black Box VPS a few months ago and haven't had one single problem -- highly recommended!

I'm using KangarooEA along with TMT. So far it's working really well. Couldn't be happier.
