Re: JDTRADER £97 to Financial Freedom

Can't help thinking you might be better off doing something a bit easier than Fx - like the S&P 500 until you are more practiced (competent. )
(y)

S&P500 ? no thanks

Getting my ideas right on paper

Getting entries wrong

Emotion Trading !

Review needed

Over 3% rule (slap wrist)

But still in the frame for all positions to come good as per my charts. Just might not be today.

Re: JDTRADER £97 to Financial Freedom

Feel like I'm on a roller-coaster and just as the price comes down the driver shouts

"Lets go around faster and if we don't crash I'll let you off"

Wow I feel sick lol

This is not the way I trade but I have paid my ticket and the driver is in charge......

Re: JDTRADER £97 to Financial Freedom

one problem is that you're short eurusd and gbpusd too, very correlated pairs!

yeah but they should both come within my range.

Its all about the stop

Looks like I'm going to have to hold overnight for the bear to wake up

Re: JDTRADER £97 to Financial Freedom

EURUSD – The ratio of long to short positions in the EURUSD stands at -1.23 as nearly 55% of traders are short. Yesterday, the ratio was at -1.10 as 52% of open positions were short. In detail, long positions are 8.5% lower than yesterday and 0.2% stronger since last week. Short positions are 1.9% higher than yesterday and 8.5% stronger since last week. Open interest is 3.0% weaker than yesterday and 1.2% above its monthly average. The relatively neutral ratio makes short-term forecasts difficult, but the overnight build in short positions gives us a modestly bullish contrarian short-term bias.

GBPUSD –The ratio of long to short positions in the GBPUSD stands at -1.04 as nearly 51% of traders are short. Yesterday, the ratio was at 1.22 as 55% of open positions were long. In detail, long positions are 9.3% lower than yesterday and 17.2% stronger since last week. Short positions are 15.2% higher than yesterday and 19.3% stronger since last week. Open interest is 1.7% stronger than yesterday and 12.7% above its monthly average. The relatively neutral ratio gives few clues on short-term price action, and we may need to await the next move to make forecasts with any sort of conviction on the GBPUSD.
