Does anybody use Analyst and are you having difficulty contacting them by email or phone.

Yes I am - though I seem to be late at the party !

There does not seem to be a clue ato where they are - the phone rings - emails dissapear into cyberspace - no responce at all.

I would appreciate any clues that you have.

I have used Analyst and earlier vers. for about 12 years.

They seem to be a one man band, that man being a certain John Ingram. I am still getting stock price updates by email daily but I have been unable to contact them now for about 2 months.

Any information would be appreciated.

I too have used this software for a numberof years I recently paid for support package. my prestel version has again lost data Ingram is again uncontactable
emails and telephone voicemails are ignored. I would avoide this company in future.
