I use IG and Cap Spreads. My preference is for IG because they are open 24 hrs - have a greater range of futures and allow bet sizes in pounds and pence, not just pounds.

Not sure - I spreadbet over periods of weeks looking for 150+ point profits - so an extra point or two on the spread makes no difference to me.
