Which Stocks for intra-day?

Hi, im far from new to day trading but new when it comes to trading US Stocks.

Im interested to hear anyones advice on stocks to follow and also any good US based websites to help me.

I want to try and concentrate on just 3 or 4 stocks at the moment so any help appreciated.

How about SOHO, SINA, CHINA, EBAY, QCOM, QLGC anything with a good daily range and volume really.
