Where to look?

Hi all,

haven't been online for a while, have taken some mebers advice gone away and looked at what I really want to do career wise.

It is now clear I would be far more suited to brokerage over trading. I like the idea of interdealer broking. I am looking for a start somewhere (even on the boards but would prefer a junior position) does anyone know where would be the best place to look, have searched the sites such as cityjobs and trovit but cant seem to find anything like the above. I spoke to a freind whos a broker and he started on the boards but was offered the job by a freind of the family. Is there anyone on here looking to take juniours or anyone for the boards?

are there any specialist agencies anyone can recommend?

really trying to get a foot in, got myself a part time sales position around my current job to help improve my customer focus and am also enrolled to sit the IMC in an evening class.

what I would do is call some of the agencies that advertise on cityjobs. If they don't have the right sort of thing then they may well be able to point you in the right direction.
