Hi everyone,
I want to start in either trading or interdealer broking but am a bit short of ideas in ways to break into these careers. I am 17 years old, and will finish my A levels in June 2007. i am expecting very good A levels, but dont want to go to university. The only ways into either of these careers without a degree would require the right contacts and relevant work experience, and I have neither... I am willing to do what it takes to gain the right experience and contacts, but I dont know where to start.
Does anyone know of ways that someone highly determined, motivated and committed, and also very interested in this business, could find a job at an interdealer broker or trading firm(or could do things to make me a more attractive candidate to these firms)?
Also, does not having a degree and wanting to start immediately after school hold you back at all?
thanks in advance for any replies!
