Where to go for Level 2 - UK Stocks

I'm just about to embark on connecting myself with Level 2. I think I have the gist of the basic dynamics of how it works and the benefits of having it but before do I get it I have a couple of questions:

Where is the best place to get Level 2 in the UK?
And:
Anyone know of any beginner training videos or documents on it's proper use?

This is what I'm looking at right now. I have only just found IG which gives access to level 2 for the month for £7.20 or as long as you carry out one trade per month its free. From what I've read this appears to be the case but am open to being corrected.

Its tough at the bottom.
