Any of the MT4 MT5 providers have it.

closest ive seen is using tick changes .........otehrwise aint no volume dude

As NVP has stated,the volume I have is the amount of traders that have traded and not the size,it can be very useful on spikes, but is not a real indication as such.

As the others have stated...it's not real traded volumes in forex.

OBV in MT is tick up v tick down.

I use TradeStation and they definitely use OBV on any instrument (equity, forex, options, whatever). They are not cheap, but offer free access if you open an account and trade enough through them.
