What offers best value

Twice today I have dealt with Deal for Fleecing £10pp on Ftse 250 shares. On each occasion they moved the price against me. I hope anyone thinking of using them takes this into consideration. :devilish:

Currently, that loss is 44%. So when you make 100 points with IB you take home £560 but take home £1000 with SB (less comms/spreads in both cases

Where does 44% come from ?

Dow

I assume the 44% is what Darren is allowing for Capital Gains and any commission costs although not sure commission with the likes of IB would equate to 4%. This is only my assumption and I may have it completely wrong.

The 44% was based on the fact that if you make $1000 then, at the current exchange rate of $1.84 to the pound this means you only make 1000/1.84 = £543 which is approx 44% less than £1000.

I did point out that this is not comparing like with like and just equates to trading at 56p per point rather than £1 per point.
