What is your schedule like?

I am relatively new to trading and was wondering what some people's average schedule day trading from home is like. Thanks for the help

Trying to stick to a 7am-midday routine, which fits my strategy... avoiding news in that time too.

Out of bed at 05:00 all home admin done breakfasted etc dressed by 6. Check BBC for overnight disasters check bloomberg and news feeds to see if any reasons not to trade. Watch the European opening watch the London opening to see if this gives you any indication of the days direction.
