What is going on with GE?

Over the past couple of days we had strong increase in volume on the DJI index. See chart #1 below. After checking the most active stocks on the DJI, I saw that the highest volume was at GE stock - see the chart #2 below. Does any one know what is going on with GE? Why such strong increase in activity?

I do not know what is going on with GE, but the chart looks normal to me with the normal anticipations & let downs going on.

GE is not the best stock for daytrading, as it's normal daily range is not that much. It does not move as fast as some other stocks, so if you want to be a bit more cautious in your approach it is fine.
