What are the best recruitment agencies for trading roles?

Hi Everyone

I am new to the forum and wanted to get some advice on the best recruitment agencies for trader roles.

I am currently in the process of looking for a trainee trader role and whilst i am currently sending my cv to some prop trading firms, i wondered if there were some key recruitment agent's i should be sending my cv to to cover as much ground as possible!

Like i said, i am looking for a trainee trader role. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with certain agents???

You have a tough slog ahead of you, try a few searches here to find headhunters who offer similar roles, then maybe have a chat with them you may find one able to give you some advice.

Hi pagetrade.....i too am in the same position? and would like to know are you a graduate or a school leaver? i'm a school leaver with very little interest in going to university? and i d leave to know the feedback you received from the prop trading firms?

Try Credit Suisse, they have London apprenticeship for school leavers. Im sure there will be others as well.

Be very careful, there are a lot of people offering training courses followed by 'guaranteed' placements but some have turned out to be a rip off.
