I decided to open a wanadoo dialup account (24/7) since opening I get quite a few popup.
Ok, normally I would suspect spyware, virus or something. But they are all advertising Wanadoo products.

I opted out of receiving emails from them, but I didnt expect them to use pop ups for advertising.

Netscape will allow you to turn all pop ups off. Its also quicker more reliable and functionally superior than IE.

I too use Wanadoo ( Broadband) and get no popups.

Problem with popup blockers is some of the sites I use require you to allow popups.

With this blocker, it gives a zapping sound and the page doesn't appear. If you want to see it just "Allow" it through a right click on your toolbar icon.

I can recommend Google toolbar which blocks popups.
