Does anyone one trade this regularly: futures or options.

Plainly the nature of the market has changed in terms of the sustained jump in volatility. The 8 year buy the dip approach no longer works

I trade indexes on a daily basis, I focus on day trading and I have winning and losing streaks. It really depends, some periods bring more than others
Maybe if you focus on longer timeframes the market might bring you less nowadays, but as I focus on short term ones, it doesn't really change for me
