It is a private club. You must pay an initial deposit, membership and dues. There are also several clubs in Newport. Are you talking about a public golf course. Pelican Hill is open to the public. It is one of the prettiest golf courses that I have been to.

I have not bought a ticket. I do not want to stand in line that long. There is always the lottery curse. Whenever someone wins the lottery, it usually changes them for the worse.
