Updata - problems with 1 min data

I'm on a trial of Traderpro and am having problems charting 1 minute data. Although the software shows it has 1 min data going back to August, only the data of the last week or so is plotted on a chart (im trying candlesticks and P&F)

Calls to Updata support and sales are having no effect.

If they don't resolve this, I doubt I'll be subscribing to Traderpro, but before I spit my dummy, I just wondered whether anyone else has the same issue

Try configure, system defaults, and check the radio button for load all data?
