REALLY!

As a general rule nobody has money who ought to have it.

Somewhat of a soiled blanket statement is it not?

"If you get a judgment, this means that the court has formally decided that you owe the money,"
...... according to a government website.
A bailiff "may visit your home if you do not pay your debts", the website warns.

"If you're late with your payments, you could be taken back to court and you may have to pay extra costs," the website adds.

Just because some fruit cake has said it, doesn't make it so.

Fake news and all that tosh. Rules are broken.

General rule also sounds wishy washy.

I guess if enough people regurgitate - soiled blankets will stick covering all kinds of dirty money.

BJ is a prime example. Self entitled etonite twat who no doubt feels the country owes him.
Now you're getting the point.

;)

Wonder if this relates to the funding of a recent refurbishment ??

😜 :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
The prime minister's spokesman has said the court judgment had nothing to do with the Downing Street estate refurbishment, saying: "All bills have been paid by the government or the prime minister, personally."

So that's alright, then, isn't it ?

No. 10 is seeking to cancel the judgement .....
[note the absence of a denial]

Now there's a surprise.
You get a CCJ, bailiffs turn up and hound you for payment.
He gets a CCJ, it's 'without merit'.

Could we do that with the national debt as well?
Is it irony that the party of business, don't know how to budget or live within their means.
Its almost as if they are closet socialists.

Not to worry.
Army of Boris's Brexiteer Barristers are on the case.

"An application will be made for an order to set aside the default judgement, to strike out the claim and for a declaration that the claim is totally without merit," Downing Street said in a statement.

The important question to ask, of course, is -
Who is paying for them?
Donations?

As their fees will undoubtedly dwarf the size of the judgement confirmed debt, massively.

Boris pay up you bugger ......that online social media forex course was well worth the money and you need to pay the balance .....
