understanding SP´s

Hello guys, I would like to ask if someone can answer this question:

- Asumming ES is in close arbitrage with SP. And SP is suppose to be a couple of underlaying corps. What is the point of the level 2 data for ES or SP??.

Isnt Futures ES move drive by the corps (STOCKS) in SP?
