I know its dumb question but what is the ticker/symbol in IB for trading E-minis SP 500. I put ES then choose index but its not let me trade. There is message saying "You can't trade index". I got US futures trading permission from IB but what else I need to do? Does that require another market data subscription other than US Securities and Commodities Bundle (Non-professional - Level I Includes all Stock, Options and Futures markets)?
