TS8 Autoexecution

I have recently started autoexecution on TS8 via RJO.
I have a couple of issues and was wondering if anybody on here has much experience of using this.
I am also posting on TSW but not geting satisfactory response so far.

I've recently joined TS myself.
What time frames is your 'hands-off' strategy?

After reading your profile, I assume it's only over futures contract then.
