Not sure if there could be a dead heat between the candidates. It is so close. Democracy at it's worse with no clear winner.

Trump is of course absolutely correct in pointing out the fact that mail votes are open to numerous forms of abuse.
Hopefully he will present the real world examples then let the courts decide.

I wonder if he would be quite so diligent if the balance was For, rather than Against him :p

The men in white coats will have to drag him from the White House kicking and screaming. Probably still yelling fake and fraud. What a big baby. Can't even lose gracefully.
Good riddance.

I never believed Trump was a Republican, merely an opportunist that exploited the Rep party.
The Rep party may become irreparably damaged if a cohort of top Reps cant walk into the White House, and have a quiet word with Trump to go with some measure of dignity,
He is, and was, a useful idiot, allowing others to massively profit from his simplistic view of the world.

He, once put of power, will find nobody wants to align themselves with him, and he wont get the high-paid speaking tours and book deals and opportunities to mix with the leading lights, that others, such as Obama, seem to have garnered.

Trump has a habit of compromising anyone in his orbit.
Its a shame the voting is so close. It should have been a landslide, and it should have been Warren.

I think perhaps he was right to stand up to China. Obama didn't seem to understand what was happening to the US. Well it was much the same as the US did to Britain100 years ago. Won the trading game hands down.
Being a " has been " hurts. It means the old ways must go - they can't keep losing and staying ahead.

I expect a Biden presidency will be lamer than a lame thing given that he will not be able to do anything about the senate blocking.

Well folks, I'm going to provide a template for Trump to follow and say I was wrong in my prediction that he would win, I'm glad the bookies were closed and I didn't manage to get my bet on and I wish JB the best of luck as the next U.S. President.

If I were Trump, I'd bow out gracefully, show some dignity, heavily laced with humility and, in my resignation speech, just add a little twist right at the end along the lines of: "Joe, you'd better use every minute of the next four years to make America great again because if you don't, I'll be back to contest the 2024 election, I'll win and I'll finish the job I started."

The prospect of Trump returning - rather than fading away never to be seen or heard of again - will send shivvers down every socialist/democrat spine in the land! ;-)
Tim.

You Tim and Trump are poles apart. Anything you would do is most unlikely he would do too. He is bad loser and petulant.
Hopefully he will disappear off to his Florida palace and disappear. The man's attitude to doing something about the most important subject of climate change sums it up. Biden has promised to re-engage with all the other countries trying to make a difference. Why should the ignorant opinions of just one man fry the planet.

Good point. While Trump was claiming that they should stop counting the votes, in places where Biden was in the lead Trump supporters were yelling for the vote counting to continue. Gotta love the irony. And I know there's more people voting by mail this year but if we say the voting system is rigged, what implication does that have for the elections of 2016? :D

Biden has a long and difficult task to undo the damage done by Dump. Will the infamous wall go too ?
Radical system changes are unlikely. The same ole rich people will dominate with their money.
