traditional trading or CFD's

hello ppl
ive recently opened an account with deal 4 free and im gonna be trading cfd's in FTSE 100 stocks.
will trading cfds work the same as traditional buying and selling FTSE 100 shares?
will i be quoted the same prices by deal 4 free as on SETS or will i be buying the shares over the odds as i am not charged a commission for buying and selling stock?
And also is there any thing else i should be aware of before i switch from tradiditional trading and move onto trading CFD's with DEAL 4 FREE[CMC]?

One thing to be aware of is that CFD's are taxable whereas spreadbetting isn't. As D4F's prices for CFD's and SB are exactly the same you should consider using spreadbetting instead whilst the tax laws remain as they are.
