think so.....i am sure it is manipulated...so..what you think might drop...does not

Manipulation is the objective from OPEC but the whole issue is their lack of ability to do so. Bit like trying to arrange a p-up in a brewery.

Choice A - Pump 4 hours a day for 20 years and get paid $80 p/h or

Choice B - Pump 8 hours a day for 10 year and get paid $40 p/h

Have I got that right?
