Hello traders,
I need some help from the experienced ones.
I am looking to setup my own 'trading setup' mini floor, with my own trading systems/equipment and connections. I know having a Direct line Cable comes with a monster cost (& could require construction/digging) but it may be ok with a very high speed internet cable or a VPN.
I want a 8/10 screen setup with dell screens, the largers ones/19" or so.
I will have 2 TT lincenses so each will be on one computer/tower.
CQG, Bloomberg, Reuters, Swquak etc.
and IT support (may have to emply someone for this)
In the long run i will be taking on a team to support me -financial anaylsts etc.
But the problem im having is trading equipment. Can someone please forward me a telephone number or website/email where i can buy these computers, AND the company/people can set it up for me. They will also have to setup connections etc.
And secondly the Direct Line Cable is out of the window, having spoken to firms it could be 30,000+ per year, so would would anyone recomment? Very high speed dedicated internet line or VPN? or anything other way?
I have met with many firms/people, trading arcades, Realtime Systems, firms that make trading floors, velocity futures, man financial...and am still in touch with people.
I am short of time and would appreaciate any help from the people who ''know what they are saying''.
Maximum budget is £30,000 on all equipment setup/connections etc.
