The T2W Email Service is now live!

User's who wish to sign up for there own @t2w.com domain need to go to this url:

http://www.trade2win.co.uk/boards/register.php?action=mailsignup

There are instructions here as to what email account name you may choose.

Then to start using the new Email Service, please go the following url:

http://mail.t2w.com

Eventually the service will be offered automatically at registration and promoted more heavily on the site - but to begin with we're keen to hear feedback about the service from our existing members.

I'm impressed also.

I needed more web mail space as my Yahoo Box is getting full so it served a good purpose.

My only reservation is how good is the backup regimen? I would hate to lose data.

JonnyT: We backup our servers every night, as do our web hosting company - so there shouldn't be any risk of losing data.

Newtron: Unfortunately not. But it would be possible to set this up for a small set-up charge and annual fee. And rather than use http://mail.t2w.com we would need to set up a different web based email client - however it would work with any pc/mac email client like Outlook.

Each time I try to read an e mail I keep getting sent back to the log in page and a time zone message comes up. Any idea's m8.

Sorry, but I did tell you that this internet stuff gets tested to the limit with me. If anything can go wrong, it will.

That does sound strange! Can you email or pm me your password, and I'll try logging in as you - see if I get the same problem. Also let me know what version browser.pc you're using (or at least refresh my memory!).

At least once we get it working on your machine, I can feel pretty sure it will work on most!

It appears to be an aol browser prob. When I use IE all is okay. So I shall have to use IE from now on. I sometimes forget it's there as I don't normally have any problems with aol.

I've tried the last few days to send replies to emails. I get a server error every time and have had to create a new emails to get round this.

I've tried replying to a message that I send myself and it works fine. I wonder whether there's a problem with the emails you're replying to, or whether this is a browser or software problem. Could you send me the email you have problems replying to if possible, and also any info about the browser you use etc. Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Hi Paul,

It's failed on two machines. One on XP with IE 6 and one on Win2K Pro with IE6. Both machines are fully upto date with patches.
