Wow, what a thread, I used to have an account with ODL, but in my opinion they have gone down hill. Unanswered calls, outages on the software and general rudeness in the tone of the desk. I opened accounts with Hartmann Capital and Charles Stanley and have been happy with both, although Hartmann are a lot more flexible. Charles Stanley hold my ISA.

All companies will have a handful of people ready to burn them, ODL weren't that bad, just they have sold themselves to an American company and have lost that "small company" mentality which to me personally is worth its weight in gold.
