SIERRA CHART USERS
For months Sierra Charts have provided free forex and cfd data feed to users via futures brokers. However, as from today it seems they have stopped this service and have given no reason and provided absolutely no consultation with either the users of the platform or the brokers that provide the charts at often a reduced cost.
Please contact Sierra Charts and demand that they reinstate this data feed for users of Sierra charts via futures brokers. The data feed has played an important part in my trading and for many hundreds of other traders. Having the data alongside our futures charts was the reason many chose to use Sierra charts in the first place.
Is this the image they want to portray, taking away services without any warning or consultation whatsoever to the end user? I, and many other futures traders, are utterly disgraced by their behaviour. Please ask them to reconsider re-instating the free data feed to futures brokers - sierra chart users.
