I used to work for a company that has recently been floated on the the LSE's main market after a private equity firm decided to cash in.
I have read the prospectus and I know and can demonstrate that there is something very wrong with the business model of this company
What I would, perhaps unsurprisingly, like to do is monetise my knowledge
Is anyone able to tell me the name of any institutions or organizations who I could pitch this idea to ?
