Sharing flat?

Hi all

I will be moving to london in December, renting out a really nice flat.
The flat is in stratford, 10 mins away from the city, with a direct tube (circle line) running straight down from stratford undergound station.

the rent is £1,200 (so split into £600 each)

I was going to rent it out with my friend, who has unfortunatley had to go to Canada on a very short notice. Moving in dates are anywher from Mid december, or January, February. - Ideally the sooner the better.

There is a 5 week deposit and security deposit advance of £1,110 - then after £150pw.

Its a really nice flat on the 14th floor, with superb view of the city and canary wharf.
There is also a gym in the buildnig, free membership.

Unfortunaly i dont have any picture up on here. but the building is called ICONA POINT - its very new, built in feb.

Obviously before anything can move forward i would like to meet anyone who is SERIOUSLY interested, ideally in london.

I am 19 years old. and would like someone within the age range of 18 - 21/22

Nice flat. Forgot how expensive London is!! I have a big two bedroomed house with a nice garden and it's only £500 a month, hehe.

It does look lovely though. Hope you find someone!

i guess if i dont find anyone in the next couple of weeks, i will go ahead and face the whole £1,200 + advance deposit myself.
then hope to dear God that my job works out.
if it doesnt then im done for.
i gues i will leave and declare bankruptcy? b/c its a 6 month contract, then they will be chasing me, but once i declare bankruptcy, i start fresh

well ive heard some traders have been bankrupt a few times before striking super riches.

I dont hope to be one of them, but i might take this risk

You could always trade oil and write a journal to pay your rent.

For a bit last year STA were doing n00bz on oil flys I think. Dunno how successful that was.

but im under the impression i may be able to stretch into spreading the Dow and S&P 500. I guess thats decent opportunity.
