mmm. Was that about 18 months out of date? I noticed nas was at 3260 and an apparently rampant bull market, longest in history, so I guess it was.

Written in 1999 as Fed was raising rates.
I thought it was very poor.. more interested in CNN telling us how tough their job was reporting it than any analysis.
