Share knowledge re F&O back-office operations

Hi all,
I only recently joined this BB and have noticed the cameraderie amongst its participants, in particular, how everyone shares their knowledge.
Having worked in the City for about 13 years in various futures and options back-offices I have learnt a great deal. As I am looking to day trade eventually (still doing lots of research etc) I was wondering if anyone had any questions feel free to contact me.
