Any suggestions for a real time or delayed by 15mins etc screener that will preferably email the results everytime it updates?

Noticed this for NYSE but not LSE

something similar for NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX could be found at
http://www.marketvolume.com/stocks/picksactions.asp
- stocks in greed are stocks rising on unusualy high volume
- stocks in panic are stocks falibg on unusualy high volume

Try to find a LSE charts and data providers and ask them
