reinstalling TA - ?

I had to restore my OS at the weekend, but when it came to reinstall TA it first told me I already had it installed, then that the file size was wrong. I'm trying to use the program file that I initially downloaded from updata. Their phone support is a permanent queue, and the recorded message says to mail [email protected] - but my email bounced back. Has anyone had any experience of this problem?

Are you on a trial version of TA perhaps

I was on the trial - but am now 2 months into subscription.

Try [email protected] instead.

I seem to remember you can redownload from their site if you know your product key (good luck) from http://www.updata.co.uk/shop/patches.asp

If you ever get through to them on the phone, ask them to send you a CD. I couldn't upgrade the version I had, so they sent me it on CD and it worked fine after that.

Yes -good point - its quite a large download and can be corrupted in the transmission - happened to me once.
