I am planning to offer a financial educational service worldwide through an internet site. I am thinking of registering the trademark in USA patent office. I was wondering if I can apply for trademark registration as a CEO of the UK company registered through the help of the online company registry agents (I am not UK citizen living outside of UK) ? I mean if I register a company in UK remotely and then apply to the USA patent office using the documents of the registered company? Do you think it is entirely possible?
