QuoteTracker - moving DB from one machine to another

What file(s) would be needed if I wanted to synchronise a QT on one system with one on another? Is this easy to do?

I want to move the portfolios, alerts etc. from one system to another, and back.

i find the easiest way is just to copy the whole quotetracker directory

moving the old versions out first
