I have just subscribed to quote.com for real-time data feed and I use metastock pro for my technical analysis. The trouble is, Metastock pro for some reason is unable to connect to the data server.
I have entered my quote.com username and password on the metastock options tab but keep getting an error message from metastock when ever it tries to connect to the data provider, error message " Cannot connect to data server".
Has anyone had any similar problems with quote.com and metastock pro setup before? if so I can appreciate some input.
