Problems starting MetaStock

I have just installed Metastock Pro 9, but when I try to start it, I get an error message saying that it can't find a winros.exe file. I have read somewhere on the Internet that this has something to do with eSignal. Is this right? Do I need to subscribe to eSignal in order to get live data feed into Metastock?

Also; is it possible to connect metastock to brokers? Can Metastock be used to send buy and sell signals to brokers?

I am also having trouble with MetaStock 9.0, when starting it I got A error message about Winros.exe and DBC Manager, I have downloaded the Smart Downloader and then installed it, I still get the same error message when starting MetaStock, please Help.
