Because of your highly critical attitude you have of others, your trading needs to be examined with a finer microscope than most.
As per the title in your post, and the time of your post, the low for EUR/JPY was 111.90, and later in the day revisited at 111.87. As per another comment you made, maybe you are not listening to the news close enough.
To error is human, but you want to set yourself up above all of us humans, so I thought I would make this point.
Another words Pssonice, chill out. You are no better than anyone else on this whole site. You might be a decent trader, and that we don't know, because you have no real time or forecasts in advance. Try and befriend a few, and you might also learn some things.

sector rotation : US economy seemed to be stronger this morning. Right now EU economy seems to be stronger.
EURUSD finished a 30min downtrend.
Sector rotation is the base of Dow' theory. All we've to do is to look for the intrinsic movements of different currency pairs. EURUSD is forming a bottom right now.
Take a look at wiki for Dow's theory. Here we can learn mor about the issue time.
A trend takes a year about 300 days. Forming a base takes a month 30days.
The short term downtrend in EURUSD took 30 min. Forming a base took 3min by leaving the downtrend.

while the socalled nested downtrend inside a downtrend is getting even shorter in time, i.e.10min,
the time for leaving the downtrend is even shorter too, i.e.1 min.
That's what we see right now in EURUSD.
What does this mean regarding shorter nested downtrends ?

the answer is as simple as possible.

The ultimate bottom is formed by a series of nested downtrends.
In time this series will form the bottom!
THIS COULD BE THE BOTTOM.
We have no idea how many nested downtrends are available for the formation of a significant bottom.
BUT ...
take a look at the past. Every single financial instrument has an intrinsic value ... the number of nested dowtrends
or uptrends forming a bottom or a top
