I had heard that Optiver (Australia) has a black-list where if you failed their assessment once you'd never be able to apply again.

Any truth in this?

they say that...... if you fail their test once, you wont be allowed to retake the test again. That's what they say, but I dont know whether it is actually done!

Apparently same for Tibra. Says on their website they currently do not cater to people who have failed their previous application ...

what a load of BullS**t, who are they to say if someone can trade or not just because they fail some test. i am not a grad but have been successfully trading since 1994.

we should start a blacklist of our own blacklisting these arcades!

:sneaky::devilish::(

sorry to jump in, but my view is that blacklisting is not intending to provide an opinion on the quality of a trader.

It is merely the result of the practical limitation of having the same test all the time.
The purpose of it is to produce a fair balance between candidates, and at the same time not having ppl repetitively clogging the test centers..

..and optiver and tibra are not arcades btw
