$hunter,

I know where you can get it for £40, which is what I paid for my last tub.

Where is it available for £26?

In saying that i found some on ebay for 2tubs for £46 including P&P, i didnt' want to go ebay but this guy is a bulk seller with 100% postive feedback so might just order it from there...

Thanks $hunter, I'll check that out.

I'm sure I used to pay £32 at my local health shop, but the last one took £40 form my wallet. 25% increase you won't see in the HICP!

Incidentally, what flavour do you normally get?

Thanks for you reply wanna.

I find it a bit difficult to decide what supplements to take nowadays as they all claim to be the best. What do you take or recommend?

What are you trying to achieve? Fat loss, lean muscle gain, or raw weight gain? I can probably recommend something to help.

wanna,

I am generally training quite hard at the moment so the main thing I want to avoid is to go catabolic. Therefore I take a small amount of protein supplementation to help prevent this and ensure that I am assimilating a decent amount.

Some muscle gain and fat loss would be preferential but these are not currently the major goals.

You're probably best to go for a casein based protein to prevent catabolism and cortisol build up, maximuscle products focus on poor quality ingredients usually and are mainly whey based. Casein proteins stay in the system for 4 hours + whereas whey protein only provide the muscle with amino acids for 45 mins- hour. If possible get a whey protein for straight after workouts, and a casein based protein for pre workout and throughout the rest of the day if you miss a meal. Reflex products are of the highest quality when buying in the UK and are good value for money.
Being a trader does lead to increased stress levels at times which raise the muscle wasting hormone cortisol, this can be avoided with glutamine supplementation(an amino acid), this however isn't as important as a regular protein intake.

Hope this helps

Thanks fro your reply wanna. I'll look into the Reflex products.

I do take a CLA supplement to help suppress the potential stress related negativity. Any ideas on this?
