Problem with Interactive broker Authorization request

hi guys,
i work in a small investment fund, I would like to open an account with Interactive Broker for my personal trading activity but they ask for the authorization of the employee. I don't want to ask my boss for that because he has already told us that he does not want to be involved in this kind of stuff.

so is there anyone who can suggest a solution or, are there other good brokers that do not ask for that?
