Automated Trading Using CQG and Interactive Broker

Hi,
A friend of mine has developed a trading strategy on CQG which generates trade signals and he now wants to have a way of getting the trades executed automatically using Interactive Broker. Does anyone have any experience of doing this and what might be involved in the level of work involved in getting the two API's talking to each other? Or is there a software package out there already that can go between CQG and Interactive Broker to help create the trade automation between the two packages.

I'd be very interested to know why your friend doesn't want to execute via CQG's trading facility - has he tried it and had problems with speed or reliability etc?

eSignal has integrated trading with IB, so you can probably do this with eSignal.
