Pro Spreads platform issue's?

Hi All, i have currently switched to prospreads because really like the platform ans the ability to jumo in and out very quickly with no requotes etc, love the platform truly but am having issues and not sure if it is my end or not? The icon is very slow and when I try and move the screen around to create my own template there are lots of delays? Are there issue's at prospreads regarding their software at ther moment?

Why not give their help desk a call? That's what it's there for...

Would have "guessed" it's an issue with your graphics card, have you updated drivers recently? I've certainly got no issues with their interface.
