potential new office in east london

hey all,

considering converting an outhouse in one of my properties into a trading room for up to 10 people. it is currently a gymnasium and is seperate with its own private entrance. either that or maybe even find an office space that is suitable. i currently trade from home, but i would like to have an "office" if you could call it that where i can trade from. depending on feedback, i may pursue this route.

will be looking to keep it in east london, potentially around the ilford area to keep costs down. the property is also in the ilford area.
