I receive unsolicitored phone calls from brokers abroad from as far as Bermuda, the West Indies, South Africa and the USA.

To cut a long story short they try a forceful tactic of getting me to open a FOREX Options trading account with them, I have said 'NO' and even cut them off the phone (fortunnately its my mobile!). Normally these phone calls are a few weeks apart and every time its from a different Country abroad.

Have any of you traders had the misfortune to receive one of these calls ? How did you deal with them?

Yes, I have. I tell them I just daytrade the DOW index and nothing else- that seems to work.

You could always tell them you're a broker! They'll soon stop the calls.
